Dear PHS Families,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a situation that our school is currently facing. We are currently experiencing an Internet outage that originates from our service provider, and this is affect our ability to respond to emails promptly. 

 

As a result, we kindly request your patience and understanding during this challenging period. While we will do our best to respond to emails as soon as possible, there might be delays in our response time.  

 

If your communication is of an urgent nature and requires immediate attention, we encourage you to call our school's main office at 403-777-6061. Our administrative staff will be available to assist you over the phone and provide any necessary information or support. 

 

We are currently at the mercy of our Internet service provider and hope that they are able to restore normal Internet access at the school soon. We will keep you updated on the progress of the Internet restoration.
