Dear Families and Students,

As we wrap up the school year, we want to thank you for your trust and partnership. It has been a privilege to support your children as they have learned, grown, and explored new possibilities each day.

This year was full of meaningful moments, growth, and memorable milestones. We are especially grateful for the resilience, kindness, and curiosity our students have shown throughout the school.

To our families, thank you for your ongoing support and encouragement. To our students, congratulations on a year well lived. Your growth and effort have truly stood out.

For those who are moving on, we wish you the very best in what comes next. For those returning to PHS in the fall, we look forward to welcoming you back.

We wish everyone a safe and restful summer.

Field Trip & Activity Fees – Reminder

Thank you for your continued support. This year, students have enjoyed many valuable field trips and in-school experiences that extend their learning.

School Council generously covers a large portion of these costs, but we rely on families to pay the remaining fees posted in your MyCBE account.

If you haven’t already done so, please log in and take care of any outstanding fees. Your support helps us continue offering these enriching opportunities for all students.

Back to School Information

The school office is open to parents on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2025.

Grade 1-5 Families will receive a welcome email from your teachers on Friday, August 29, 2025.

Our first day of classes is Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Kindergarten Families

Please note, Kindergarten will be operating with staggered entry for the first 2 days of school.

Last Name beginning A – K: September 2 & September 3 from 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Last Name beginning L – Z: September 2 & September 3 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM

PM

Last Name beginning A – K: September 2 & September 3 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Last Name beginning L – Z: September 2 & September 3 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM

Your child’s first full morning or afternoon Kindergarten will be on Thursday, September 4^th

Welcome Letter

Teachers will be sending home a welcome email to their students on Friday, August 29, 2025. This email will let your child know who their teachers are and where to meet on the first day of school, Tuesday, September 2.
