🐾 Principal’s Message - As We Head into Winter Break
As we approach winter break, it’s a good moment to pause and reflect on the school year so far. September feels like it was a long time ago, and in many ways, it is. Since then, our school has been full of learning, growth, and the everyday moments that make a school community strong.
This year, we’ve focused on building connections, supporting student learning, and creating spaces where kids feel safe, curious, and confident. We’ve seen students take risks, try new things, and show kindness to one another. We’ve also seen staff go above and beyond, as they always do, to support students and one another.
As we look ahead to 2026, there is a lot to be excited about. We will continue strengthening teaching and learning, supporting student wellbeing, and working closely with families. Our work is ongoing, but the direction is clear and shared.
Winter break is a chance to rest, spend time with family and friends, and recharge. We hope it’s a time of warmth and balance for everyone. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community. We look forward to what the new year will bring.
Wishing everyone a safe and restful break!! – Mr. Jeffrey & Mrs. Law
🐺 Staffing Update
Our Grade 4 teacher, Ms. Costello, will be on personal leave beginning after the winter break. We thank her for the care and dedication she has shown our students. A new teacher will be joining the Grade 4 class in January, and we look forward to welcoming them to our school community.
