Panorama Hills School News:
The Weekly Howl
April 2, 2026

Principal’s Message:

It was another busy week at Panorama Hills School.  We wrapped up this short week with an assembly to celebrate the success of the Read-a-thon.  There were many prizes and awards given out – and as promised, Mr. Tang had his head shaved for having so many students participate in this worthy fundraiser.  Thank you to our school council for helping to make this fundraiser such as huge success.

We are so excited to welcome Trickster Theatre to Panorama Hills School next week for an exciting drama residency. We hope that many of you will be able to come watch the performance on Thursday evening.  All students are encouraged to return to the school on that evening to participate in the show.  Please see below for additional details about this residency or refer to the email that was sent home earlier this week.

Also, just a reminder that there is no school tomorrow, Friday, April 3 as it is Good Friday.  Happy Easter to those who celebrate.  We hope you all have a wonderful long weekend!

Sincerely,

Ms. Manser, Acting Principal &
Mrs. Law, Assistant Principal

Updates & Information:

Staffing Update:

  • Welcome to our new grade 4 teacher, Ms. Inayah Meghani. Ms. Meghani is covering for Mrs. Brenda Somers who is on a leave of absence.  Mrs. Meghani will begin with us on Monday, April 6.
  • We are pleased to receive news this week that we have been provided funding as part of the Classroom Complexity Team to extend the hours of our current Education Assistants.  This means that all 7 of our part-time Education Assistance can increase their hours of work. This will allow for an increase in student support. This is greatly appreciated as our Education Assistants are so valuable in helping support the learning and emotional regulation of our PHS students.
