Student Led Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up on March 19 and 20, 2026. This conference will be student led. This means you will have one hour with your child to explore the classroom and see what they have been learning so far. You will also have the opportunity to talk with the teacher. There may be up to 4 families in the classroom at a time during each conference block.

For Grades 1-5, the conferences will take place in person at the school on the following dates and times:

• Thursday, March 19 : 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, March 20: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The Kindergarten conference schedule is slightly different and is as follows:

• Thursday, March 19: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, March 20: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

EES families you will receive a separate email from your child's teacher shortly.

Conference Booking Opens on March 12 at 4:00 pm and closes on March 19 at 4:00 pm.
